1. Who we are

This website is run by EU Brand Support OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17605871), Ahtri 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. When you buy from this website, your contract is with EU Brand Support OÜ.

Contact us at hello@eubrandsupport.com. We aim to reply within one working day.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases of our compliance template packs. Our Responsible Person and EPR registration services are provided under a separate written service agreement (see section 10).

3. Ordering and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros, pounds sterling or US dollars depending on where you are. You can change currency with the switcher at the top of the page. You pay in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Any VAT that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order (for example, because of a pricing error), we will tell you and refund any payment.

4. Free template codes

We sometimes give out codes that make template packs free. Codes are for the person or business they were given to, may be limited to certain products or a number of uses, and may be withdrawn at any time. They have no cash value.

5. Delivery

Template packs are digital downloads. Download links appear on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email straight after payment, and in your account. Please download and keep a copy, as links can expire.

6. Your licence to use the templates

We own the copyright in the templates. When you buy a pack, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, edit and complete the templates for your own business’s products. If you are an agency or consultant, you may use them for your clients’ products.

You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the templates themselves, in their original or edited form, except as completed documents for specific products.

7. Your right to cancel (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, if you asked us to supply it straight away and agreed that you would lose your right to cancel. You do this by ticking the box at checkout. This follows Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Business customers do not have a statutory right to cancel.

8. If something is wrong with a pack

If a pack is faulty, incomplete or not as described, email us and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer, including under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Refund Policy for details.

9. Templates are not legal advice

Our templates and website content are general information to help you document product compliance. They are not legal advice and do not make a product compliant. You remain responsible for making sure your products meet the law, including any testing, notified body involvement, marking and labelling that applies. If you are unsure, take professional advice.

10. Responsible Person and EPR services

Our Responsible Person and EPR registration services are provided only under a separate written service agreement, which sets out the scope, fees, notice periods and responsibilities of both sides. Prices on this website are a guide. Your service agreement takes priority over these terms for those services. In summary:

  • We review your products and technical documentation before we agree to act for you, and we may decline any product.
  • EU Responsible Person services are provided by EU Brand Support OÜ. UK Responsible Person services are provided by our UK company, Evolve Brands.
  • Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • EPR scheme, licence and registration fees charged by third parties are passed on at cost.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you are a business customer: we are not liable for loss of profit, sales, business or data, or for indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you arising from purchases on this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the products concerned. Liability for our Responsible Person and EPR services is set out in your service agreement.

12. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.

If you have a complaint, please email us first and we will try to resolve it. Consumers in the EU may also refer a dispute to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon), part of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (ttja.ee).
