Responsible Person
Who needs an EU Responsible Person?
Anyone placing consumer products on the EU market without an EU-established manufacturer, importer, authorised representative or fulfilment service provider responsible for them. Who needs a UK Responsible Person?
Many product types sold in Great Britain by businesses outside the UK need a UK-based manufacturer, importer or authorised representative. In the EU, EU Brand Support OÜ, an Estonian company (registry code 17605871). In the UK, our UK company, Evolve Brands.

Can I cancel?
Yes. 30 days’ notice, no long contracts. We give you time to arrange a replacement so your listings aren’t left without cover.
EPR registration
What is EPR?
Extended Producer Responsibility makes the business that first puts packaging, electricals or batteries on a country’s market pay towards recycling them. Each country has its own registers and registration numbers. We handle EPR registration in Germany and France for Amazon sellers.
Does Amazon really need my EPR numbers?
For Germany and France, yes, in the categories that need EPR. Amazon can block your listings in that country until valid numbers are on file.
Which countries do you cover?
Germany and France as standard, and other EU countries on request.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee per country and registration type per year, plus the scheme’s own fees at cost. Ask us for a quote.

What’s in a template pack?
A Declaration of Conformity (EU and UK versions), a Risk Assessment and a Technical File Checklist for your product category, as fillable PDFs you download straight after checkout.
How do I get them free?
Enter the code we gave you at checkout and the total drops to zero. No code? Email us and we’ll send one.
Do templates make my product compliant?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. Your product has to actually meet the rules, which usually means test reports. The templates document that it does, and the checklist tells you which evidence you need.
My product doesn’t carry a CE or UKCA mark. Do I still need documents?
Usually yes. Under the GPSR, every consumer product needs a risk analysis and technical documentation. For products without CE / UKCA marking, the pack includes a voluntary Declaration of Compliance.
Can I get a refund?
Packs are instant downloads, so at checkout you agree that your 14-day cancellation right ends once you download. If a pack is faulty or not as described, we’ll fix it or refund you.
