This policy explains when you can get a refund from EU Brand Support OÜ. It sits alongside our Terms and does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Template packs
Template packs are digital downloads, available immediately after purchase. At checkout you ask us to supply the download straight away and agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts. After that, we do not give refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
If a pack is faulty, incomplete or not as described, email us at hello@eubrandsupport.com with your order number and what is wrong. We will send you a corrected version. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund you in full.
If you have not yet downloaded a pack, you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Packs obtained free with a code are not refundable, as nothing was paid.
Responsible Person and EPR services
- Monthly plans: cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are not refundable.
- Annual plans: cover runs until the end of the year you have paid for. We do not refund the unused part of an annual fee unless your service agreement says otherwise.
- EPR registrations: scheme, licence and registration fees we have already paid to third parties on your behalf cannot be refunded.
- If we decline to act for you after reviewing your products, we refund anything you have paid us for that service in full.
Your service agreement takes priority over this section if they differ.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
