EUDR compliance

Deforestation rules, handled.

From 30 December 2026, wood, paper, natural rubber, coffee, cocoa, soya and palm-oil products need a due diligence statement before they can be sold in the EU. Check which of your listings are affected in two minutes, then let our EU-based team file the statements for you.

What the EUDR actually is

The EU Deforestation Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2023/1115) bans products made from seven commodities from the EU market unless they are deforestation-free since 31 December 2020, legally produced, and covered by a due diligence statement filed in the EU Information System.

Amazon has already asked some sellers for a due diligence reference number for each affected ASIN, and warned that listings without one can be blocked.

How we get you compliant

1. Confirm scope

We review the products your check flagged and confirm their HS codes with you.

2. Collect supplier data

We send your factory a simple request for the harvest country, plot locations and legality documents, and chase it for you.

3. File the statements

EU Brand Support OÜ is established in Estonia, so we can file your due diligence statements in the EU Information System as your authorised representative.

4. Answer Amazon

You get the reference and verification number for each ASIN, ready for Amazon, and we keep the records for the five years the law requires.

Pricing

  • Scope check: free
  • EUDR filing and record keeping: from $60 per product per year
  • Responsible Person clients: discounted as an add-on to your plan

Supplier chasing beyond two follow-ups is billed separately, and we always tell you before it starts.

Questions

I’m a UK seller. Does this apply to me?

If you ship in-scope products into the EU, yes. Whoever imports the goods to fulfil a sale counts as an operator, wherever they are based.

My factory doesn’t have plot coordinates.

That is the most common problem, and the reason to start now. If the data can’t be found, we tell you early so you can switch supplier or pause EU sales of that product.

Does appointing you make you liable?

No. Under the EUDR the operator stays responsible for compliance. We do the filing and record keeping on your behalf.

Is the scope check legal advice?

No. It is a first pass based on Annex I as amended up to Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102. We confirm the exact HS code and materials before filing.

Need a Responsible Person too?

Most sellers shipping into the EU also need an EU Responsible Person and EPR numbers. Combine them under one fixed monthly fee.
